Currently his unique brand of traditional American style tattoos can be found at Atlas Tattoo in Portland, Oregon. Not only an accomplished tattooer Scott holds a B.A., a B.F.A. and an M.F.A. and taught cartooning and illustration at the School of Visual Arts in New York. Harrison's self described "mysteriously successful" website headbandbrothers.com is home to one of the most captivatingly strange videos I have ever watched.
Blowguns, Beach Whistles and the True Definition of Powerlessness is a video project produced by Harrison in 2005. The project documents the best stories of a select group of tattooers. Describing these stories as raw would be an understatement.
